Refund and Cancellation Policy

Since pbmassociates.co is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the payment is successful. We work on a prepaid account basis, therefore as a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon making any payment at our site. Please note that any free credit offered by PBM&A are claimable only on products offered by pbmassociates.co.

Regardless of the reason for account cancellation, the amount credited to pbmassociates.co is non-refundable.

In case pbmassociates.co ceases to operate because of any reason, your pending account balance will be refunded back with nominal transfer charges, which may be applicable.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc). We don’t guarantee that our product is fully compatible with any third-party programs, or on all the browsers and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
